This article spells out in very clear language what needs to be taught to each new person that joins your organization. What they need to learn and what they must do.  It is excellent information and for that reason I thought I would share it with my business-minded readers.

“Creating Leaders in Your USANA Organization”

I’ve been doing USANA full-time for several years now and over this time I have realized that to be a successful full-time income earner there are certain skills that must be developed in the people we enroll. When this happens your organization can produce a full-time income and also becomes very solid.

Today, as I sponsor new people into the organization I am very focused on duplicating those skills with each new person. I know that if I can help one person at a time become a COMPLETE USANA Leader, than duplication will occur and the organization will be strong.

The first myth I want people to know is that signing up a lot of people at once means nothing, UNTIL the new people have the skills developed within themselves to be successful. I have had times in my business where I enrolled 10 or more in a month and duplication did not happen because I didn’t know how to foster their growth. And in addition, they must be able to teach everything listed below to other people independently. That is the ONLY way you can achieve time freedom.

Let me define duplication.

Duplication is when you have enrolled someone in the USANA business that has the following done and mastered….

A.    Has completed eApprentice (normally within the first 72 hours)
B.    Has created a complete names list that…

1.    Includes everybody they know
2.    They understand what “sponsoring up” means, and it’s importance
3.    They use index cards for fluidity and organization

C.    Has been trained on calling their prospects & IS motiviated to Call Them On Their Own Consistently

1. When they call, they have their prospect understand that they are attending a 1-Hour business presentation.

D.    Can do the presentation completely by themselves. (The upline is there in the beginning, but the expectation is set for them watch and learn to explain the following on their own….

1.    The Cashflow Quadrant
2.    The Comparative Guide
3.    The Healthpack, shakes, bars, skin care (in a simple and quick way)
4.    The Startup Pack Options
5.    The Autoship
6.    The Process of looking at this like a 5-Year to Life Commitment to Their Goals
7.    The 2 events per year that are absolutely crucial. And they must travel to and make a priority in their yearly calendar    (XRC, Convention)
8.    The Weekly Events & Monthly Trainings to also prioritize
9.    The Close (setting up a Follow-Up Meeting, right there on the spot)
10.    The Successful Enrollment a couple of days later.

E.    Has been trained on how to meditate & visualize like professional athletes and top earners in business do.

1.    And not only are they trained, they actually apply it and develop a meditation and visualization routine (as the pros do).

F.    Has mastered the “Endless Lead Source” (i.e. Cold Market) They have been trained on how to enter the cold market and create leads by just being natural and meeting new people. This creates the ever-expanding names list (on index cards of course).

G.    Can teach all of the above Categories SUCCESSFULLY to the others they enroll. One person at a time.

Here’s the catch…  IF JUST ONE of these categories is missed, it could hinder their business growth for years and years.   Each aspect outlined above is like an organ of the body.  All of the organs work together. If one is weak, the entire body suffers.

In my own USANA journey I mastered ALL of the categories except for  “Category E,” which is on meditation and visualization, and Category “G” teaching everything above to one person at a time. My business was stuck for years, literally for years. When I added that crucial element that was missing, my business became a fine-tuned, income producing machine and continues to grow better every week.

For some, they are actively visualizing and meditating, but they don’t do enough repetition of “Category F: The Endless Lead Source” and “Category C: Calling people on their own consistently”. So they must address those areas to move forward.

Unfortunately, many people are enrolled in the USANA business and never understand the big picture. Or, they only master a few categories, but not all of them. So they are stuck for years, and it happens. That’s why it’s important to understand this. I expect us all to have this mastered and create this success in our lives.

This is obviously a big skill set, but it’s possible to learn and master one thing at a time. And get healthier in the process. And it’s especially possible to succeed part time.

My vision is that we help 10,000 people in our organization in the next 2 years develop all of the skills above, which will improve hundreds of thousands of lives after that. All of them immensely.
