A Little About Duane

I'm in training for triathlons with my ultimate goal of competing in the Ironman in Kona, HI in 2013 and setting a new world record for my age group. I will have turned 70 on the 25th of Sept. 2013. The record is 12:59:02 held by Bob Scott. Bob also holds the record for the 75-79 group at 13:27:50.
