Here is tip #2 for your RESET Week. Enjoy! Duane

How did Day 1 go? It looks like Dan had a fun first day :) I hope you’re excited about the progress you’re making. There are lots of good comments over on the Facebook event. Thanks everyone! Now on to Day 2!!!

Here’s my second tip:

Make exercise possible by keeping your workout clothes and shoes close by. Keep a small bag in your car at all times. Place your sweats and shoes next to the bed so you put them right on when you get up. Leaving some things at work is also a good idea because you never know when the opportunity to work out will come up.

Similarly, make sure you keep a supply of Nutrition Bars at your desk at work and in the pantry at home so you’ll always have a healthy snack on hand when hunger strikes.
