Welcome to RESET Week 2010!
Enjoy this info from my fellow USANA Associate, Kathy Kaehler. Duane

This year is starting out to be extra exciting. I am thrilled to be a part of the USANA family. I have already started my RESET journey and hope my experience and tips will help you with your RESET Week!
Staying on track can be overwhelming, even for me, so doing this together with all of you will be very motivating. We can’t change our habits overnight. With RESET, you are led through 5 days that are really easy to manage and you feel great so you want to keep going.
The keep going part is what is crucial in order to TRANSFORM and to MAINTAIN. We want our bodies to be at their ideal body weight. We want to feel good in our clothes and we want the energy that carries us from sun up to sun down. I will be right here offering my tips and advice to help you.
We can do this together with USANA’s RESET program and create a lifestyle that is active, healthy, joyous, and full of energy.
RESET Week Tip #1
To help get you started, here is my first tip. Check back throughout the week for additional ideas to help you during RESET Week and beyond!
Make it a priority to exercise in the morning. Doing something active is the best way to start your day. You will not have to worry about exercising for the rest of the day, and you will feel great that you got it done!
This week, while you are limiting your calorie intake, you should stick to walking instead of following a vigorous exercise regimen. If you plan to exercise more than the recommended 20–30 minutes (3,000 steps), you may need to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat daily.
Once you finish exercising first thing in the morning, make sure to drink your breakfast Nutrimeal shake. Have breakfast every day. Many surveys of those who have successfully maintained weight loss show that they eat breakfast every day!
Happy New Year.
